Rooms for hire

 

Barley Croft Community Centre facilities are suitable for parties, training, conferences, sport and dance classes, wedding receptions and voluntary groups.  The following facilities are available to hire:

  • Large hall (that can be divided with built in room divider)
  • Small hall
  • Reception lounge
  • Small meeting room
  • Kitchen facilities

 

Outdoor facilities include:

  • Flood lit ball park suitable for games and night time sessions, basketball, 5 a side football, bouncy castle or play area.

*Please note that there is a keyholder fee when hiring the Community Centre.  If your booking is outside of the Centre's core hours there may be a surcharge - please contact the Centre directly for a full costing. All prices exclude VAT.

 

Standard Rate

Private bookings - Leicester based businesses and residents for private hire. Individuals and groups who wish to use the facilities for personal use such as wedding receptions, family reunions, anniversaries, banquets, parties, etc.

City based Schools, Colleges, higher education colleges and Universities.

Any Statutory Organisation e.g. other Local authorities, Gov't Depts, NHS, whether Leicester based or not. (please note that higher education colleges and independent schools and colleges are not Statutory organisations).

 

Community Group Rate

Local group (group leader may be based in another city area or even outside city but group must be open to local residents) - includes Leicester based civic groups and organisations which contribute to the well-being and betterment of the community such as Older peoples groups, youth groups, social groups, resident groups holding neighbourhood meetings.

 

Instructor Rate -

Community Instructors: Individual self-employed instructors - also included funded voluntary/community groups, activities charging for instruction, faith groups.

 

Commercial Rate

Non local business, ticketed, profit making bookings
